We are pleased to showcase four new galleries from recently joined members of the club three of which include images taken on recent photoshoots organised by the club. The fourth is belongs to Trevor Waller an experienced club member. Enjoy them all.
Trevor’s gallery is a mix of mono and colour and includes several which have done very well in club competitions at an advanced level. Trevor’s creative images are particularly striking and show great imagination and technical skill.
Jeff’s eclectic approach to photography demonstrates a good range of photographic technique, and also as a good sense of composition. His knack of ‘capturing the moment’ is self-evident in his image of the three photographers, and also in the sunset over the Severn Bridge.
David’s gallery demonstrates a strong and a subtle use of colour in different genres. His images of the Red Arrows are particularly strong. Included are some well taken mono images.
Jiping Bai: Nature Gallery
Here Jiping showcases some well-composed nature images taken on our ‘exotics’ evening in July. Although these images were taken in difficult light conditions (indoors) in a makeshift studio they appear sharp. Note how the viewer is drawn towards the sharp eyes are in each image.
If you would like to showcase some of your images please email the web organiser
Before doing so please read the club’s advice regarding the risks involved.
